Specter Models

Privacy Policy

This policy explains which data Specter Models collects through the website, why it is processed and which rights you have.

1. Controller and contact

Specter Models is responsible for processing data submitted through this website. For questions or requests to access, correct or delete your data, contact contact@specter-models.com.

2. Data we collect

Contact and booking forms may collect your name, contact details and project information. A model application may include your date of birth, city and country, measurements, experience, Instagram profile, photos and consent records. Technical systems may briefly process your IP address, browser information and security logs to protect the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to answer messages, assess model applications, handle booking enquiries, protect the website from misuse and meet legal obligations. Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request, consent, our legitimate interest in security and business communication, or a legal obligation.

4. Photos and minors

Application photos are not public and are available only to authorised personnel and technical processors where necessary. A minor should apply only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. We may request additional evidence of consent before proceeding.

5. Retention periods

We retain contact and booking enquiries for no longer than 24 months after the last communication, unless a contract or law requires longer retention. Unsuccessful model applications and their photos are normally deleted within 12 months of submission. We may delete data earlier following a valid request.

6. Recipients, security and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Trusted hosting, database, storage and email providers may process it only under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards. Where data is processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, suitable contractual and technical safeguards are applied.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

8. Cookies and changes

The website uses only technically necessary mechanisms for operation, security and administrator sign-in. Marketing cookies and tracking are not enabled without separate consent. We may update this policy when website features or legal requirements change; the current version is always published on this page.
