The website presents models, publishes agency information and enables model applications, booking enquiries and contact messages. Its content is informational and does not constitute an automatic offer or guarantee of engagement.
2. Model profiles
Model photos, measurements, biographies and availability may change. A published profile does not mean that the model is available for every date, location or type of project. Final availability and conditions are confirmed separately.
3. Booking enquiries
Submitting a booking enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a model. An engagement is formed only after written confirmation of all material terms, including scope, date, location, fee and usage rights.
4. Model applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee a reply, meeting, representation or booking. Applicants confirm that their information is accurate and that they have the right to submit the photos. A parent or guardian must consent for a minor.
5. Content and rights
The name, logo, design, text and photographs on the website are protected by applicable rights. Copying, republishing, commercial use or automated collection of content is prohibited without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You may not submit false or abusive data, content that infringes another person's rights, malicious files or automated requests that burden the website. We may reject, delete or report such submissions to the competent authorities.
